Frequently Asked Questions about Outlook Web Access and MailMarshal

Your password must be at least 6 characters long, and include a combination of: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Also, your password may not include your first name, last name or username. Finally, you’ll have to change your password at least every 120 days. You are encouraged to change it more often.
Change Password

We have set up a web page that will let you set up a forwarding address if you'd prefer to receive your UST e-mail in another account, or cancel a forward already in place.  (Note:  UST cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected mail due to e-mail forwarding.  Please be aware of your e-mail hosting service's procedures and policies prior to establishing an e-mail forward.)
